Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter is Mortgage Vision WA Pty Ltd, ABN 23 104 695 614 of Unit 1/34 Forrest St South Perth WA 6151
2. Competition period starts 1 April 2010 and finishes 30 June 2010.
3. *Entry is open to new clients to Mortgage Vision and existing clients who are referring new clients. Existing clients with new business for themselves are not eligible.
4. **Eligible entrants will go in the draw to win a gift voucher to a restaurant of Mortgage Vision director's choice to the value of $100 only.
5. Prizes must be taken and used within use by date and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize.
6. New loan must drawdown or settle within 3 months of client referral.
7. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be notified by phone 1 week after competition closes (30 June 2010).
